Pyogenic granulomas appear dark red and bleed easily when they are rubbed or scratched. Pyogenic granulomas arise quickly, bleed easily, and are typically quite small. Who's At Risk
Pyogenic granulomas are unlikely to occur in infants. Pregnant women and people who have weak immune systems are most often affected.
