Dry hands in winter?

Every winter my hands get very dry. It seems washing them less frequently helps but I'm wondering what other things could help prevent this?

I have suffered from dry hands for years. I found a very unique product that is working excellent.
The website is www.mymeltology.com They sell heated mitts and booties and other products. The self heated mitts have helped me tremendously and reduced the cracks and dryness in my hands and feet.

I found some all-natural herbal hand cream that helps with dry skin. Most commercial products make your skin ok for a while and then the dryness gets worse because of the chemicals. The herbal stuff is available here: Thailand Herbal Company
